Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns if the product you have received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product was delivered to you. If this happens, let us know at support@thewholesquared.com within 24 hours of receiving the product with adequate photographs and we will replace it.
Cancellation
As a policy, orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified. In certain special circumstances, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please get in touch by contacting us at support@thewholesquared.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
